To sum up our today’s phone call conversation. (I am sorry for me speaking too quickly 🙂

Generally You need:

• carpenters (I understand You mean traditional carpenters)
• shuttering carpenters
• steel fixers
• painters

You require from them:

• experience in their proffession
• English/German/Dutch language (at leat 1 every 2 candidates in a team)
• their own car
• their own basic tools and safety shoes and working clothes

You offer them:

• employment on a dutch temporary agency contract
• salary between xxx and xxx netto per week (for 40h per week)
• accomodation for free (living houses or bungalow houses – 2-3 candidates in one place – everyone ha his own room)
• insurance for free

As we spoke our fee for specialists is …€ netto per every hour they work.
